Features and limits depend on your active plan.

You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.

Paid plans renew by billing period unless canceled.

You must not upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You keep ownership of your original uploads.

You may use generated outputs according to your plan license.

The service is provided as-is without guaranteed uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, PhotoRescue is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
